Reliability and quality to maintain high standards

The procurement of goods and services required for the activities of an aspect of particular importance to ensure the overall quality of the output viable business.

All suppliers and subcontractors are then evaluated and, only in case of success on list of qualified suppliers.
This selection, evaluation and qualification aims to establish the technical, financial and resources in place to ensure compliance and reliability required in the supply.

Each supplier and partner is also systematically monitored and controlled in time, through the issuance of audit reports. The results obtained are subject to periodic redefinition of the contractual arrangements and an element of analysis in the review of the management.

This action is part of a broader process to identify opportunities for continuous improvement with the objective of verifying the adequacy and effectiveness of the system of quality management and to establishing, consequently, the level of achievement of corporate objectives.
